Wineaux at Uncommons in Las Vegas Opens for Lunch with Artisan Culinary Selections from James Beard Award winning Chef Shawn McClain.

It was only a matter of time and highly anticipated- Now local favorite Wineaux  is open for Lunch. Guests can take a seat weekdays 11:30 a.m to 3p.m. and enjoy chef -inspired bites and world -class beverage selections.

 

Those” seeking midday delights can enjoy flavorful lunchtime selections created by James Beard Award-winning chef Shawn McClain, each priced at $18. The brilliant, handcrafted menu includes a healthy wild arugula salad made with grapes, pickled onions, candied pine nuts, farro and a lemon dijon vinaigrette, a classic muffuletta sandwich made with mortadella sausage, soppressata, marinated peppers, comté cheese, and an olive tapenade and tomato pesto spread.  Enjoy a mozzarella and peppers sandwich, made with creamy buffalo mozzarella, marinated peppers, rapini, wild arugula and a Calabrian chili aioli and much more. To top it off,  All sandwiches are served with gourmet Torres chips. Additionally, diners have a choice to add a side salad or tomato soup for an additional $5.

 

For those with a lunch time thirst, enjoy a selection of two spritzes, priced at $12, as refreshing lunch accompaniments. The Wineaux Spritz offers a zesty, floral and bubbly excitement to the palate with the soft vanilla notes of Mirafiore bianco vermouth, fresh elderflowers from St. Germain liqueur and a vibrant prosecco to complement the seltzer finish. The sbagliato spritz, also known as a “mistaken” negroni, features prosecco in place of gin, plus Mirafiore’s sweeter rosso vermouth and Campari bitters.
