Pine Dining Will Include Weekend Pop Ups from Prominent Las Vegas Chefs with All Proceeds Donated to Local Nonprofits

 Beloved Southern Nevada landmark, Mt Charleston Lodge, will launch an exclusive summer chef series on the mountain this July. Starting July 23, the site of the beloved Mt Charleston Lodge will be transformed into Pine Dining: A Summer Chef Cookout Series. Hosted in an elevated temporary structure built after a devastating fire,  the framework features panoramic windows for 360-degree views of the mountain, with access to indoor and outdoor seating. “After almost 10 months since the Mt Charleston Lodge fire, our family looks forward to reuniting with friends from near and far on the mountain this summer,” says Ellis Island General Manager Christina Ellis. “Pine Dining will launch a new chapter for the Lodge, creating a special experience to celebrate great food and beautiful views, at a site cherished by so many members of our community and beyond!”

The Pine Dining Lineup

Throughout the ongoing series, local named chefs will take over the mountain with their handcrafted unique menu. This is a line-up of local celebrity chefs not to be missed.

  • Saturday Chef Cookouts – Saturday experiences will consist of cookout-style food stations with samplings curated by individual chefs or chef collaborations. Bar service will be available.
  • Sunday Chef’s Table Dinners – Pine Dining will become an intimate, VIP chef’s table dinner. Chefs will walk small groups of guests through a coursed menu, creating an intimate, chef’s table dining experience that includes food and beverage pairings.

  It all begins July 23 & 24 with  Chef James Trees of Esther’s Kitchen, Al Solito Posto, Ada’s Wine Bar, and new concept L’Aristrocrat with Proceeds benefitting The ALS Association .

On July 30 & 31 –  Chef Justin Hall of Main Street Provisions shows off his culinary chops  with Proceeds benefitting The Cupcake Girls   

The fun continues on August 6 when  Colin Fukunaga of Fuku Burger and Dan Coughlin of Le Thai head to the mountain to benefit Pro Nevada SPCA

Then on August 13 & 14 – Chef  Nicole Brisson of Brezza, Bar Zazu, and AMARI creates her unique menu to benefit  The Anne Saxelby Legacy Fund
