ROSA RISTORANTE DEBUTS WEEKEND BRUNCH ON ST. ROSE PARKWAY OFF THE STRIP IN LAS VEGAS
Who loves brunch?   Chef & Owner Rob Moore has softly launched weekend brunch, available on Saturdays and Sundays with an array of breakfast and lunch favorites, adding his own Italian-American twist and a few surprises.
Starters and breakfast highlights starting at 10 a.m. include Smoked Salmon Crostini with horseradish cream, preserved lemon, red onion and capers; Truffle Scrambled Eggs with Fontina cheese and truffle aioli over toasted brioche; and a savory Steak & Eggs with grilled skirt steak, eggs and roasted potatoes. On the sweeter side, Rosa offers a Chia Pudding Bowl with yogurt, berries, fruit, nuts and seeds, Brioche French Toast with caramelized Granny Smith apples and toasted pecan brown butter, and fluffy Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with blueberry compote and maple syrup.
From 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., the brunch menu expands to also offer signature Rosa Ristorante menu items such as the Prosciutto & Melon and classic Shrimp Cocktail appetizers, Chef Rob’s Antipasto Salad Alla Rosa, and an array of pizzas, entrees and steaks.
Brunch cocktails by General Manager David Oseas don’t disappoint with an Aper-All Day composed of Aperol, Cocchi Americano, Calabratz and grapefruit; a Watermelon Sugar High with Tequila, Sloe Gin, watermelon, tomato and salt; a Pina Coladina with light and dark rum, coconut, pineapple and cinnamon. Classics such as an Espresso MartiniSangriaBloody Marys and a beautiful Tableside Mimosa presentation.

Stop in Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. You can roll right into “The Perfect 10” Happy Hour at Rosa, which starts at 3 p.m. daily with $10 food and drink specials, served in the bar, lounge and outdoor patio.
