A Pie Crust Recipe Handed Down over Generations

INGREDIENTS :
4 Cups Flour
2 Cups Shortening
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Vineger
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Water
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl mix the flour , shortening , sugar and salt. In a separate bowl beat in Vinegar , Egg and Water . Next , combine the two mixtures and mold into a ball. Chill for 15 Mins before rolling into shape. You can also freeze the ball for availability anytime.
YIELD :
2 9 Inch pies with double crust
